Another Successful, Record Breaking and Award Winning Year
HTH 200
7 was a tremendous success with over
9,000 volunteers collecting
100 tons pounds of
litter, household hazardous waste and
E-waste. That's over 100 tons of litter we kept out of and removed from our waterways!!!
2007 Help the Hooch Event Totals
10,580 Volunteers, 42,320 man-hours
145, 680 pounds of Litter collected
57,576 pounds of Household Hazardous Waste collected,
double our previous all-time high!
20,200 pounds of Electronic Waste collected,
another all-time high!
Total: 223,456 pounds of litter and other wastes collected!!!
Help the Hooch 2008 will be on Friday October 10th
and Saturday October 11th, 2008. Planning is already underway for
another record-breaking event. Stay tuned for upcoming
announcements!
